6ssix Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "6ssix", "we", "us", "our" refers to the 6ssix platform and its operating entity.
• "You", "User", "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the 6ssix website, mobile application or any service provided by 6ssix.
• "Account" means the personal account opened by a User upon successful registration.
• "Platform" means the 6ssix website at https://6ssix.net, any subdomain thereof, and any 6ssix mobile application.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, and ancillary services provided through the Platform, including casino games, live dealer tables, slots, sports betting and any related features.
• "Funds" means the balance held in your 6ssix Account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or such other accepted currency as 6ssix may designate.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback or other non-cash incentive awarded by 6ssix to Users under specific promotional conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the identity and address verification procedures 6ssix is required to conduct on User accounts.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the 6ssix Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering, you warrant and represent that you meet this minimum age requirement. 6ssix reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending age verification. Any account found to belong to an individual under 18 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

2.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility

You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform. 6ssix makes no representation that use of the Platform is legal in your location. By registering, you confirm that accessing and using online gambling services is not prohibited by any law, regulation or statute applicable to you.

2.3 Account Registration

To access real-money Services, you must register a single personal Account by providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number and email address. You must not:

• Provide false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration;
• Register more than one Account on the Platform (including through associated persons or devices);
• Register on behalf of a third party or allow any third party to use your Account;
• Register if you have previously been excluded or banned from the Platform.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

6ssix is required to verify the identity of all Users prior to processing withdrawals. You must provide a valid government-issued photographic identity document (such as your CNIC) and, where requested, proof of address and proof of payment method. 6ssix reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until satisfactory KYC documents are received. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any other person;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if prompted or available;
• Log out of your Account on shared or public devices;
• Notify 6ssix immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

6ssix will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such use results from your failure to maintain reasonable security practices. All transactions completed using valid Account credentials are deemed authorised by the Account holder unless 6ssix is notified of a breach prior to the transaction.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

6ssix accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20 and Skrill, subject to availability and minimum deposit thresholds. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. 6ssix reserves the right to reject deposits at its discretion and to request supporting documentation for any deposit.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified method associated with your Account. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed. 6ssix targets withdrawal processing within the indicative timeframes published on the cashier page; however, these are estimates and not guarantees. Processing times may be extended for additional security checks, compliance reviews or during periods of high demand.

4.3 Currency

Account balances at 6ssix are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified at account opening. All bets are placed and settled in PKR. Where a deposit is made in a foreign currency, conversion may apply at the rate published in the cashier at the time of transaction.

4.4 Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal or bet activity occurs for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Inactive accounts may be subject to an administrative fee as published in the cashier, applied monthly until the balance reaches zero or activity resumes. 6ssix will provide reasonable notice prior to applying any inactivity charges.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback awards and other promotional incentives are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In all cases, the following general conditions apply:

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be transferred, sold or assigned;
• Each User is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• 6ssix reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses will be forfeited if 6ssix determines that the User has acted in bad faith, used multiple accounts, or exploited a bonus in a manner inconsistent with its intended use.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any funds derived from a bonus may be withdrawn. Contributions to wagering requirements vary by game type — slots may contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute a lower percentage as specified per promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within any stated time limit will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.3 VIP Programme

The 6ssix five-tier VIP programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond) is a loyalty reward scheme. Tier membership, cashback rates and associated benefits are at the sole discretion of 6ssix and may be amended at any time. Tier status is based on verified monthly wagering volume. VIP cashback credits are calculated and applied on a weekly basis. 6ssix reserves the right to demote, suspend or terminate VIP status in cases of suspected abuse or violation of these Terms.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 6ssix Platform are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. 6ssix will not cancel or reverse bets at the User's request except in cases of documented technical error;
• In the event of a manifestly incorrect price, payout or odds resulting from a technical error, 6ssix reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the relevant Accounts;
• Maximum bet limits apply per game, market and Account as published in the respective game or market rules. 6ssix may impose additional limits on individual Accounts at its discretion;
• Sports betting settlement is governed by the rules of the applicable market as published in the sportsbook. Where results are disputed, 6ssix's determination is final;
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator software or live dealer procedures, as applicable. 6ssix does not alter game outcomes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 6ssix Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one Account per person, household, device or IP address;
• Providing false information during registration, KYC or any subsequent verification process;
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained or unauthorised payment methods;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other technological means to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the Platform — any such discovery must be reported immediately to 6ssix support;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other activity designed to obscure the source, destination or ownership of funds;
• Attempting to access the Platform in any jurisdiction where such access is unlawful.

8. Responsible Gaming

6ssix is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We recognise that gambling, while entertaining for most users, can become problematic for some individuals. The following tools are available to all registered 6ssix Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts from your Account settings;
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over configurable time periods;
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts or automatic logouts after a defined period of continuous play;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily (minimum 6 weeks) or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and, once active, cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

6ssix will not market to Users who have self-excluded and will not accept deposits from excluded accounts. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 6ssix Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, interface design and data — is the exclusive property of 6ssix or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written authorisation from 6ssix;
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform;
• Use the 6ssix name, logo or trademarks in any context not expressly authorised by 6ssix.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• 6ssix provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied;
• 6ssix does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, network failures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
• 6ssix's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim;
• 6ssix is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data or reputational damage, arising from use of the Platform;
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that all losses incurred through lawful play are your sole responsibility.

11. Privacy

6ssix collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to our collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is used for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and the improvement of our Services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

12. Amendments to These Terms

6ssix reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address on file and/or via an in-platform notification prior to the change taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 6ssix's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body selected by 6ssix. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
